The bed was comfortable and the room had a TV. The hotel location was close to local shops and a mall. The sheets were clean and the staff was friendly.

There were mosquitoes in the room and the air conditioning was not working. We had issues with payment options, with no option for online payment not being deducted from our bank account being a problem.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was close to many shops and attractions and offered stunning views of the surrounding sights. the breakfast provided by the hotel was tasty and diverse.

Our experience was not entirely positive. the air conditioning in our room wasn't working, and it was unbearably hot at night.

the exclusive amenities provided made me feel pampered and comfortable. the spa and wellness center was a true highlight and the indoor swimming pool was perfect for taking a relaxing swim. the full body massage at the spa lounge was heavenly, and the steam room was the perfect place to unwind.

the exceptional service provided by the staff more than made up for it.
